Orleton Memorial Gardens - Coffee Morning at Overton Farm - June 2010

It was the most beautiful day. The sun shone but there was a gentle breeze. Jenny and Kaye had been hard at work making cakes and Melissa and Alistair had been hard at work making their garden look good. Even the cattle in the field over the road watched what was going on.

People started to arrive just after 10am and sat in the sun to enjoy a coffee, or tea, and a chat with other visitors. Then Melissa or Alistair took them round the garden at Overton House to answer any questions. Many enjoyed the walk round Jenny's garden as well.

Unfortunately we only had 14 people come to enjoy this lovely morning, but with donations we made £104 for the care of the gardens.
